- The subject of the fall is the supply of electricity within the meaning of energy law of April 10, 1997 (with changes) and in the executive acts issued on its basis, hereinafter referred to as electricity sales, in the planned quantity of about 500mwh (+/- 10%) for 1 collection point Energy PL000001014470000000000000000003585, meter number 32289017, Tariff Group C21, security 315A, contractual power 110kW, for a period of 12 months. Currently, for the objects listed, the Ordering Employer has a contract from hekla Energy, the ordering will oblige the contractor to perform actions resulting from penitential Stock up to the contract for selling electricity, the Ordering Economy will buy energy for the needs of the Kocowy recipient within the meaning of the Energy Law.
