Description:
The subject of the order includes the purchase of electricity that meets the quality standards specified in the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended). Electricity will be purchased for the lighting of streets, parking lots and squares located on in the Kamienica Polska Commune and public facilities and buildings owned by the Kamienica Polska Commune. The seller of electricity for the Kamienica Polska Commune under the contract is NOVUM SPKA AKCYJNA, ul. Tadeusza Czackiego no. 7/9/11, 00-043 Warsaw. The contract is valid until the end December 31, 2025 Distribution services are provided on the basis of a separate agreement concluded with the Distribution System Operator TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. The Ordering Party informs that the contract for the provision of distribution services has been concluded for an indefinite period. A detailed description of the requirements is included in the draft contract attached. 11 to SWZ. The list of consumption points/estimated energy consumption is attached as Annex No. 1 to the contract/8 to SWZ.
