Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity for the needs of the Public Kindergarten No. 3 Skrzat in Zbki. 2. The forecast amount of electricity consumption during the duration of the order is: 320,000 kWh. 3. The projected electricity consumption is an estimate and does not reflect the quantity actual or declared use of electricity during the duration of the contract and in no case may it constitute the basis for any claims on the part of the Contractor. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the ordered electricity.4. The contract enters into force on the date of conclusion of the contract, but no earlier than on the date of effective termination of the existing electricity sales agreement with the previous seller or after a successfully completed supplier change process.5. The ordering party does not have: a) the status of a manufacturer referred to in Art. 2 section 39 of the Act of February 20, 2015 on renewable energy energy sources (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1436), which means that it is an entity that produces electricity or heat from renewable energy sources or produces agricultural biogas in renewable energy source installations, in relation to the point of consumption ener...
