Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity for the needs of the Purchasing Group. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) is included in Annex 1A to the SWZ. 3. The contractor must offer the subject of the order in accordance with the requirements of the ordering party, specified in detail in the above-mentioned annex. 4. The forecast demand for electricity during the contract execution period is 56,656,543 kWh in the individual tariff groups indicated in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ. 1.The subject of the order is Delivery electricity for the needs of the Purchasing Group. 2. The Ordering Party informs that: 1) The contractor is obliged to offer a unit price for individual tariffs; 2)Sales will take place through the distribution network belonging to the Operator Distribution System (OSD), i.e. with PGE Dystrybucja S.A., under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997. Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266), hereinafter referred to as the "Energy Law", in accordance with applicable regulations to the above-mentioned the Act, the provisions of the Civil Code, the principles specified in the licenses, the provisions of the SWZ and in accordance with the Energy Price Tariff presented in the tender offer, with which the Contractor has concluded a contract for the provision of distribution services in the areas, where the place of electricity supply is located; 3) Annex No. 1A to the SWZ indicates the Partners and provides data on the contracts held by the Partners. 4) Sale of electricity...
