Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the facilities of entities included in the purchasing group of the Grojec commune, indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ (description of the subject of the contract), in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, d.), in accordance with applicable ordinances to the aforementioned Act and the principles set out in the relevant concessions.
