Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) for the needs of the Raciborz waterworks in the period 01.01.2026 - 31.12.2026.

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) for the needs of the Raciborz waterworks in the period 01.01.2026 - 31.12.2026 r.
The total estimated consumption of electricity [MWH] in the period 01.01.2026 - 31.12.2026 is 4 856.533 MWh.
The description of the subject of the contract specifies the qualitative standards related to all relevant features of the subject of the contract (the subject of the order is standardized - it will be implemented identically, regardless of which contractor will perform it), all life cycle costs were taken into account - margin, commercial balancing costs, transaction fees, profile variability costs, the costs of the graphic designer, graphics costs, costs of conventional energy, costs of rights property and excise tax. Apart from the above Costs the Employer does not provide for other costs of electricity supply.
