Description:
2. The subject of this order is the supply of electricity and redemption of energy generated in the renewable energy installation, in accordance with applicable regulations and qualitative standards of the Energy Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) and enforcement provisions in particular Ordinance of the Minister of the Climate and Environment of 22 March 2023 on special conditions for the operation of the power system, for subjective collection points participating in the procedure for the needs of street lighting as well as buildings and facilities belonging to the Employer and his organizational units, in accordance with the conditions contained in this SWZ in the period from the date of signing the contract, but not earlier than from 01.01.2026 to 31/12/2026.
