2. The total estimated amount of electricity referred to in point 1 is indicative, used to compare offers and, in no case, provides an obligation on the part of the contracting authority to buy energy in the given quantity. The Contractor will not be entitled to any claim for not collecting the expected amount of energy by the Ordering Party.
3. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is determined by the description of the subject of the contract, which is Annex 3 to SWZ.
