Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, hereinafter referred to as Energy Law) to the Employer's facilities for a period of 12 months from the date of January 1, 2026. The contracting authority informs,that the planned electricity consumption is 10 610 MWh (+/- 10%). The Contractor undertakes after the conclusion of the contract for the sale of electricity in the field - energy consumption, to conclude a contract for the sale of an electricity produced in a renewable energy source with a period of validity 01.01.2026- 31.12.2026. The Employer declares that it is entered in the MIOZE/URE/00533/2018 register on 17.07.2018.
