- The subject of these proceedings is the supply of electricity to the facilities (energy consumption points, hereinafter also PPE) listed in Annex 1A, 1B, 1C to the SWZ - description of the subject of the contract, broken down into parts of the contract: 1. Part I of the contract: supply of electricity to 2023, purchase according to TGE (variable price), in the amount of 8,155,514 kWh, to PPE specified in Annex 1A to SWZ, 2. Part II of the order: supply of electricity for 2024 for street lighting, purchase at fixed prices, in the amount of PLN 5 504,507 kWh, to PPE specified in Annex 1B to SWZ, 3. Part III forof electricity supply for 2024 for other facilities, purchase at fixed prices, in the amount of 10,849,792 kWh, to PPE specified in Annex 1C to the SWZ.
