Description:
The procedure in an open tender is aimed at choosing the contractor for the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2026.
until 31/12/2027, in accordance with the conditions described in SWZ, the principles of technical knowledge and while maintaining all activities and obligations
necessary to achieve assumed result.
The forecast electricity demand during the contract is about 11505.74 MWh.
The procedure is conducted in accordance with the principles provided for the so -called "Inverted order of evaluation of offers (prior assessment of offers)" referred to in art. 139 PZP. Procedure It is conducted in an open tender procedure - art. 376 para. 1 point 1 and art. 132 PZP, in accordance with the principles provided for orders with a value equal or higher than the amount specified in the provisions issued pursuant to art. 3 PZP, i.e. with an estimated value above € 443,000.00. Ordering provides for the possibility of granting the contractor to supplementary services based on art. 388 points 1, 2 lit. C PZP - specified in SWZ Part I.
