The sale of electricity is to take place under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law ((Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) and the applicable regulations to the above-mentioned Act. I Act of October 27 2022 on emergency measures aimed at limiting electricity prices and support for certain customers in 2023. The Ordering Party submitted the required declaration of the authorized recipient (pursuant to the Act on Emergency Measures aimed at limiting the level of electricity prices and supporting some recipients in 2023 - OJ 2022 item 2243 and the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of November 10, 2022. regarding the recipient's declaration template entitled person). 2. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity to the indicated 2 properties of the Ordering Party. 3. Subject of the order: 1) ul. Koszykowa 78 in Warsaw - electricity will be supplied in a three-phase system, with a contracted power of 250 kW, measurement system - unchanged (semi-direct), tg φ = 0.4, Active energy meter number - 01269239 - Koszykowa; 2)ul. Żeromskiego 33 in Warsaw - electricity will be supplied in a three-phase system, with a contractual power of 42 kW, measurement system - unchanged (semi-direct), tg φ = 0.4, Active energy meter number - 01264666 - Żeromskiego; 4.
