Description:
The subject of the order is to provide the Ordering Party with electricity for the needs of the Tarnow City Commune, in accordance with the list of electricity consumption points for Task No. 1 and Task No. 2 specified in the annex to the contract.
The general agreement will be the basis for concluding specific agreements sale of electricity for all consumption points listed in the contract, under the conditions specified in the Contractor's offer selected in the tender procedure and specified in the contract.
The parties to the specific agreements will be the Municipality of Tarnow - the Roads and Communications Authority in Tarnow and entities listed in the annex to the contract.
The electricity supplied by the contractor must meet the standards specified in § 45 of the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of March 22, 2022 on detailed conditions for the operation of the power system.
