Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity to Żuromińskie Zakłady Komunalne
z o. o. in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027 to the energy consumption points (PPE) indicated in Annex No. 11 with a total estimated volume (+/- 10%) of 926.556 MWh.
2.Standards qualitative:
1) The subject of the order is the supply of electricity with quality standards specified in accordance with applicable regulations.
2) Electricity quality standards are described in the Energy Law and in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of March 22 2023 on detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 819, as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Climate
and Environment of November 29, 2022 on the method of shaping and calculating tariffs and the method of settlement in electricity trade (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 904, as amended).
Reducing or increasing the amount of energy +/- 20% of the consumption indicated in the SWZ does not apply no consequences for the Ordering Party, apart from the need to pay for the amount of energy actually consumed/
3. The Contractor, based on the granted Power of Attorney, will be obliged to submit the application on his own behalf
