Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of electricity to 18 collection points in the planned amount of 270,000 kWh (estimated energy consumption for 2025) for the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The amount of electricity planned for purchase is only declarative. Ordering party reserves the right not to fulfill part of the contract, i.e. not to use the amount of electricity planned for purchase. The Contractor is not entitled to any claim in this respect. The Ordering Party reserves the right to purchase a larger than planned amount of electricity. In this situation, the Contractor will be obliged to supply an excess amount of energy at the prices proposed in the offer as part of the implementation of the subject of the order. Increasing collection points or changing the tariff group is only possible within the tariff groups that have been included and priced in the Contractor's Offer Form. The contractor will be obliged to supply electricity in accordance with the currently applicable provisions of the Energy Law and its implementing acts.
