- 1. The subject of the order is the task: "Supply of equipment", which includes:
1. Displaying under the subject of the contract to the sewage treatment plant in Skałow the following machines:
1.1. Two -axle agricultural shell, "tandem type" loading box made of acid -resistant steel or steel Galvanized epoxy resin resistant to aggressive factors.
1.2. Wanna (shell) type, made of acid -resistant steel or galvanized steel covered with epoxy resin resistant to aggressive factors.
1.3. High -pressure use for washing vehicles and equipment as well as pose-bruk concrete areas
1.4. Use to maintain greenery, including mowing slopes
1.5. Telescopic loader
1.6. Agricultural draft
- The Contractor is obliged to transfer to the Employer together with the delivery of the necessary documentation, i.e.
- Conformity declarations, instructions service and safe use, approvals and approval,
warranty periods, deadlines for removing defects and defects, as well as indicating all the benefits of the guarantor to the Employer and the conditions of liability of the guarantor. As part of the warranty service, the Contractor will remove free reports of the subject of the contract,
