Description:
1. PART I: Delivery of furnishings and equipment for the building on the plot no. 1593 at ul. Pikna 26 for the purpose of establishing the SENIOR+ CLUB. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is attached as Annex No. 4.1 to SWZ.2. The subject of the order in part I is the supply of furnishings and equipment for rooms on the ground and first floors. first floor of the building at ul. Pikna 26, on the plot no. 1593 in Mińsk Mazowiecki, including bringing, arranging and assembling, including unpacking, assembling, setting up, handing over for use to the Ordering Party and clearing away the packaging after the delivered subject of the order and cleaning the place delivery. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in the SENIOR + Club Equipment List, which constitutes Annex No. 4.1 to the SWZ. The task will be implemented from the state budget as part of the SENIOR + multi-annual program for 2021-2025, 2025 edition.3. Each piece of furniture/piece of equipment/device included in the the scope of the subject of the order must be new, factory packed.4. If the description of the subject of the order indicates trademarks or origin, the Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 99 section 5 of the Public Procurement Law allows offering equivalent "products".
