- The subject of the order is the supply of ESRI or equivalent technology together with the maintenance and development services of the environment and applications built on the basis of ESRI technology. The order consists of the following parts: Part 1: Supply of ESRI or equivalent technology with maintenance services Environment and ordered services, part 2: Software maintenance services and ordered services.
The contractor submits an offer for one part according to his choice. It is required to submit a complete offer on All elements of a given part. The contractor's submission of offers for both parts will cause them to be rejected as incompatible with SWZ
Supply of ESRI or equivalent technology with environmental maintenance services and ordered services - part 1
1. The subject of the order is the supply of ESRI technology or equivalent with environmental maintenance services and ordered services. The subject of the contract will be implemented under the scope of the basic contract along with the possibility of implementing the scope of the optional contract.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, division into ranges and implementation conditions are determined by Description of the subject of the contract ("OPZ") and relevant provisions of the contract ("IPU").
3. Project provisions of the Public Procurement Agreement in these proceedings are contained in the relevant provisions of the contract ("IPU").
