- Description:
- The subject of the order is the supply of: - diesel oil in an estimated amount of 25,000 liters per year, - 95-grade unleaded gasoline in an estimated amount of 2,500 liters per year. The Contractor will deliver diesel oil and 95-grade unleaded gasoline successively according to the Ordering Party's needs. Diesel oil and unleaded gasoline 95 must meet the quality requirements according to the Polish Standard PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06 or an equivalent standard, and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1314). However, the requirements contained in the Regulation take precedence relation to the standard. The Contractor must ensure the possibility of refueling fuel from the dispenser directly to the Ordering Party's vehicles within the city of Wielichowo.
