Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery (purchase + transport + delivery + assembly) of interior furnishing elements, including furniture and furniture developments as well as complementary elements and finishing elements, to the dormitory of the Ballet School in Bytom, in the quantity and parameters included in the documents constituting Description of the subject of the order - Annex 4 to the Specification.
When submitting an offer, the contractor is obliged to offer all elements of the subject of the order.
The order was not divided into parts, because the subject of the order is homogeneous and therefore offered by the same group of suppliers. Moreover, individual elements must be stylistically consistent with each other. The order was not divided into parts due to the fact that such a division would pose a risk of excessive organizational difficulties and an increase in delivery costs. Need coordination of the activities of different contractors implementing individual parts of the contract could jeopardize the proper performance of the contract. The possible division of the contract into lots would not increase competitiveness, the scope of the contract is typical, enabling the submission of an offer by contractors from the group of small and medium-sized enterprises.
