Description:
The scope of the order includes the supply of light fuel oil to oil boiler rooms in schools in the Wrczyca Wielka Commune in 2026, by the Contractor's transport, with a minimum volume of 52,000 liters. The maximum volume is 70,000 liters. Due to the lack of a clear possibility to determine the quantity of the subject of the order, the Ordering Party used the option right referred to in Art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law. This means that the minimum range of heating oil that the Ordering Party will definitely purchase and the maximum range of this order, the so-called the range to which the minimum range will be able to be increased according to the actual needs of the Ordering Party. Therefore, the Ordering Party has the option to increase the subject of the order to a maximum value of 70,000 liters, however, with the reservation that this is his right, which he may or may not use, depending on needs.
