Part 1: delivery of a CO2 laser plotter for the construction of an ultraviolet interference lithography system, which will enable the recording of nanoscaleoostructures with sub-100 nanometer resolution, created as part of the Laboratory of Photonic and Plasmonic Nanostructures (PNFP)
Part 2: supply of a picosecond laser for the construction of a stand for the preparation of samples of biophotonic materials
