Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of products manufactured by the Contractor in accordance with the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of November 8, 2024 on the registration and marking of vehicles, requires registration plates made of aluminum sheet for registration plates and samples of other documents related to vehicle registration (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1709).2. The order will be implemented successively according to the needs of the Ordering Party for 12 months from January 1, 2026. until December 31, 2026 or until the financial limit in the gross amount of PLN 500,000.00 is exhausted, in accordance with the unit prices proposed by the Contractor in the offer, subject to the provisions of the draft contract.3. The actual number of boards will depend on the current needs of the Ordering Party, and the maximum nominal value specified in the contract cannot (in the event of minor needs) constitute the basis for claims from the Contractor.4.
