Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of light fuel oil in the amount of 40,000 liters. The light fuel oil should be delivered to the boiler room located in the village (69-100 Subice, Wiecko 37) by road transport - a road tanker equipped with an unloading pump with a certified measuring device (meter and printer). and an unloading hose and connectors adapted to the fuel tank filler holes. Deliveries will be settled based on the printout from fuel unloading at actual temperature. The equipment should have up-to-date technical tests meeting all requirements for the transport of liquid fuels. Fuel oil lightweight should have the following physical and chemical parameters (which, in accordance with Article 246(2) of the Act, constitute the quality requirements relating to the main elements constituting the subject of the order): a) Density at 15 C, max. 860 kg/m3 b) Calorific value, min. 42.6 MJ/kg c) Ignition temperature, min. 56C d) Viscosity kinematic at 20 C, max. 6.00 mm2/s e) Fractional composition: - distills up to 250 C, max. - distills up to 350 C, min. 65% (V/V)85% (V/V) f) Pouring temperature, max. -20C g) What remains after coking with 10% residue distillation,...
