The subject of the order is successive deliveries of fuel oil in the years 2026-2027 in an estimated amount of approximately 174,000 liters with properties consistent with the Polish Standard PN-C-99024:2011. The quantitative demand for heating oil given above is a projected and estimated demand (+/-) demand during the order execution period and is not a liability for the Ordering Party. The ordering party reserves the right to make quantitative changes depending on weather conditions and heat demand.
