- 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of light fuel oil to the boiler room of the Primary School. Wanda Dobaczewska in Gsawa in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 in the amount of approximately 55,000 liters. A single delivery will be max. 10,000 liters and the minimum order will be 3000 liters. The actual quantity of oil ordered will depend on the actual needs of the Ordering Party (caused by e.g. weather conditions). In such a case, the Contractor will be entitled to remuneration corresponding to the value of the actually delivered subject of the order. The contractor will not be entitled to any compensation There is no claim against the Ordering Party for not using the full amount of oil. At the same time, the Ordering Party guarantees a minimum purchase of 40% of the indicated estimated quantity of 55,000 liters. 2.
