Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of 25,000 liters of liquid fuel (unleaded petrol Pb 95) for service vehicles of the Municipal Road and Bridge Authority in Jaworzno according to the current needs of the Recipient. 2. The supply of fuel to vehicles will consist in: a) direct refueling of fuel into the tanks of the Recipient's commercial vehicles listed in point 11 or metal canisters, b) purchasing fuel at the Supplier's 24-hour fuel stations located throughout the country, also open on Sundays and holidays, c) non-cash sale of fuel, which must enable the Supplier to keep records of the fuel collected for individual vehicles specifying the date and place of refueling, the amount and value of fuel consumed, the vehicle registration number, d) settling concluded transactions with VAT invoices twice a month, with payment terms not shorter than 14 days from the date of receipt of a correctly issued invoice, with the reservation that the Supplier is obliged is to deliver the invoice at least 7 days before the specified date.
