- 1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery to Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne KOMAX Spka z o.o. in Kty ul. Mickiewicza 8 liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) for the needs of the gas station.2. Purchase and delivery of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) for the Komax Municipal Enterprise gas station Sp. z o. o. in Kty in an estimated amount of up to 320,000 liters. The Ordering Party reserves that the amount of estimated demand for LPG gas given above may change quantitatively during the term of the contract. Settlements will be made with the discounts specified in offer. The Ordering Party declares to order at least 70% of the estimated quantity of LPG during the duration of the contract.3. The ordered fuel will be used by the Ordering Party for retail sales and for its own use - for the needs of the gas station located at address: ul. Mickiewicza 8, 32-650 Kty.4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1.7 to the SWZ.
