The subject of the order is the supply of low- and medium-voltage power cables and wires, as well as signaling and telecommunications cables for use in the mining plant on the surface and in workingsunderground in rooms with "a", "b" and "c" methane explosion hazard classes and "A" and "B" coal dust explosion hazard classes - divided into tasks - in accordance with the provisions of SWZ.
2. Detailed description the subject of the order includes Part III of the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order.
3.Prothe contract in question is a sectoral contract within the meaning of Art. 7 point 35) of the Public Procurement Law.
