Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of medical and non-medical products. The subject of the order consists of 11 parts: PART 1: Identification wristbands, PART 2: Pulp, PART 3: Brushes, dispensers, trays, guillotines, crushers, jars, PART 4: Aprons, protectors, gloves, PART 5: Paper for devices owned by the Ordering Party, PART 6: Paper sheets, PART 7: Office supplies, PART 8: Shredders, PART 9: Paper bowls, PART 10: Wet wipes, PART 11: Containers surgical. 2. The detailed scope of the subject of the order, description, assortment and quantities are included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Assortment and price form. The Contractor confirms by completing the indicated items in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Product and price form meeting the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. 3. The method of implementing the subject of the order is specified in the draft contract, namely Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 4. The offered contract items must be complete and of a high standard both in terms of quality and and functionality, as well as free from material, construction and legal defects. 5. The offered items of the order must be admitted for trading and use in accordance with applicable law. 6. The subject of the order must be consistent with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (i.e. Journal of Laws 2022.974 of 2022/05/09) - if applicable 7.
