Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery at the request of the Ordering Party of medical devices for the ICU and anesthesiology, described in detail in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Assortment and price form and in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ - Designed contractual provisions. 2. The subject of the order was divided into 22 parts, hereinafter referred to as: "Packages", described in detail in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Assortment and price form. The ordering party does not limit the number of parts to which the contractor may submit an offer, nor does it indicate the maximum number of parts for which the contract may be awarded to the same contractor, i.e.: - Package No. 1 - transducers, PICCO sets; - Package No. 2 - safe needles and syringes; - Package No. 3 - feeding kits; - Package No. 4 - needles and catheters for anesthesia; - Package No. 5 - ramps with vice and extension cord; - Package No. 6 - catheters for urinary tract suction; - Package No. 7 - disposable resuscitators; - Package No. 8 - seamless catheter fixation; - Package No. 9 - device for taking medicines from vials; - Package No. 10 - diagnostic gels (ultrasound, ECG); - Package No. 11 - components for the CT Ekspress syringe; - Package No. 12 - percutaneous tracheotomy kit, without tube; - Package No. 13 - percutaneous tracheotomy kit, with a tube; - Package No. 14 - container for collecting secretions from the bedroom; - Package No. 15 - soda lime; - Package No. 16 - decontamination mat; - Package No. 17 - floor mat; - Package No. 18 - heating blankets for the Mistral-Air system;...
