The subject of the order is the supply of medical devices used in breast surgery for the needs of Copernicus PodObywatelleczniczy Sp. Gdańsk, whose detailed description, assortment and estimated quantities are included in the Assortment and price form - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (parts 1-3). Offered the items of the order must be complete, of a high standard both in terms of quality and functionality, and free from material, construction and legal defects.
