Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of medicinal products:
1) used as part of drug programs and
2) used as part of chemotherapy
3) used antivirally
described in detail in the assortment and price form, Annex 2A to the SWZ.
2. The Ordering Party allows the possibility submitting partial offers. Total number of lots in this procedure: 110.
All provisions contained in the SWZ relating to the offer also apply to the partial offer. If the SWZ does not contain a provision which part refers to a specific article, paragraph, section, condition, form, document etc. means that it applies to all parts.
3. The Ordering Party specified the quality requirements relating to the subject of the order in the description of the subject of the order at least the main elements constituting the subject of the contract - in connection with this fact, it uses the option indicated in Art. 246 section 2 uPzp.
