3 Municipalities gathered in the Kaleta purchasing group and their organizational units, as well as the supply of electricity under a comprehensive agreement for needs facilities with manufacturing installations (PV) of municipalities gathered in the Kalety shopping group and their organizational units. The list of energy consumption points in three parts was indicated in Annexes 2a, 2B and 2C to SWZ within 12 months from 01/01/2026.
2. The order was divided into three Parts:
1) Part 1 - Supply of electricity for the needs of public space of the municipalities of the Kalety Shopping Group.
2) Part 2 - Supply of electricity for the needs of facilities of municipalities gathered in the Kalety shopping group and their organizational units.
3) Part 3 - Energy delivery and redemption electricity under a comprehensive agreement for the needs of facilities with manufacturing installations (PV) of communes gathered in the Kaleta purchasing group and their organizational units.
