- 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of office and anti -virus software for state administration units, broken down into parts:
1) Part 1 - Office and anti -virus software
2) Part 2 - Tool software
3) Part 3 - Specialist software
4) Part 4 - SoftwareEngineering
5) Part 5 - Microsoft software
2. List No. 1 to SWZ contains a list of units covered by this order.
3. Design of the subject of the contract, was specified in Annex 2 to SWZ and in Annex 3 to SWZ - the planned provisions of the framework contract.
4.The estimated number of the ordered subject of the contract only for the objectives of the offers submitted by contractors, which will then be used to develop a ranking of submitted offers.The framework of the framework agreement will be able to purchase any software described in Annex 2 to SWZ.
