A detailed description of the subject of the fall together with the ordered quantities is in the beginning 2 to SWZ (assortment and price form). 2. Delivery and acceptance conditions for the subject of the Claw were specified in the draft agreement of the above -mentioned one to SWZ.3. The offered assortment should be allowed for trading and use in the area of the Republic of Poland and SUPPLY requirements specified by the acts of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620, zm.).
