Description:
The subject of the contract is the successive deliveries of diesel oil with a sulfur content of not more than 10 mg/kg, hereinafter referred to as diesel oil, in the expected amount of 225,000 liters of standard diesel oil and 15,000 liters of diesel oil with improved properties in the winter for Go's own needsmunicipal tribrach in Błażowa Sp. z o. o. The average monthly value of deliveries estimated for the purposes of this procedure is 20,000 liters per month in quantities of not less than 3,000 liters at a time. Implementation of the subject of the contract will take place through successive deliveries of diesel oil, with properties specified in detail in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1060, as amended).
