- The subject of the order is the supply of pharmaceutical products intended for the 25th WOG and the military units and institutions that supply it. The subject of the contract includes the supply of: 1) Medicines marked with the Rx symbol2) Medicines marked with the OTC symbol3) Medical devices. As part of the subject of the order The contractor is obliged to: 1) ensure timely execution of deliveries. 2) perform the contract in accordance with the submitted offer, with due diligence, in accordance with the principles of modern technical knowledge and applicable regulations and standards. 3) deliver products approved for trading in the territory of the Republic of Poland Poland, confirmed by the requirements of EAN (medicines) and CE (medical devices) and ensuring that the sold assortment is free from any defects. The order includes the delivery of pharmaceutical products, maintaining the appropriate temperature during the transport of pharmaceuticals. The drug distribution process is demanding controlled conditions should be documented by submitting to the Ordering Party a printout confirming that the appropriate temperature is maintained during the transport of transported medicines. The Ordering Party, pursuant to Art. 441 Pzp will exercise the option right in the event of occurrence needs...
