- Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. Subject of the order. 1.1. The subject of the order is the delivery, on the terms specified in the contract, of S24 railway rails together with fasteners dedicated to their proper assembly: 1) S-24 railway rails made of structural carbon steel rolled intostandard quality hot steel 500 mb, 2) P24 wedge washers for S-24 rails, made of high-quality carbon steel, with a smooth surface, without grooves, cracks and cylinders 1400 pcs, , 3) railway splices specifically for S-24 rails, made of ordinary quality carbon structural steel with a smooth surfaceej, without grooves, cracks and 260 pcs, , 4) M20x90 shear bolts with a square tooth nut for S-24 rails, made in class and material not lower than 4.8. 500 pcs., 1.2. The offered railway rails together with dedicated fasteners should be admitted to trading on the intra-community market (CE),meeting the requirements set out in the Geological and Mining Law of June 9, 2011. and the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of November 23, 2016. on detailed requirements for the operation of underground mining plants. 1.3.
