Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of the range to diving equipment in accordance with the requirements specified in SWZ and in the "description of the subject of the contract" constituting Annex 6-A (for tasks with the option) and 6-B (for the task without options) to SWZ and in the contract constituting Annex 5-A (for tasks with the option) and 5-b (for a task without options) to SWZ in quantities and assortment specified in the tables in paragraph 1 Chapter III SWZ.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of exercising the right of options - consisting in the possibility of increasing the basic quantitative scope of the subject of the contract specified as to the assortment and quantities in the tables contained in para. 1 Chapter III SWZ in a column called "basic quantity", maximum amount indicated in the column called "quantity in the option".
The contracting authority will inform the Contractor within the specified period of In "Designed contract provisions" constituting Annex 5-A (for tasks with an option) to SWZ.
The use of co -funners is not allowed by technological and service documentation (being in the possession of the Employer) - due to the disturbance technical parameters of equipment, threat to life safety and loss of all guarantees and service rights.
