Description: The subject of the contract is the delivery of equipment to the seat of the Ordering Party along with transport and unloading, installation and first start-up of the equipment, training of personnel in the use of the equipment, warranty service of the delivered equipment. The delivered equipment is to be brand new, from the manufacturer's official distribution channels, free from physical and legal defects, and 100% functional. The equipment is to have all the accreditations and certificates required by law for this type of equipment (eg CE). A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the method of implementation are included in the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and the description of the subject of the contract in Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ. The warranty for the delivered equipment is minimum 12 months.
