Description:
1. The subject of the order is the SUPPLY OF SINGLE-USE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT FOR SURGICAL TREATMENTS AND OTHER SINGLE-USE EQUIPMENT in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annexes No. 2 to the Specification (in the assortment and price forms). 2.The subject of the order has beendivided into 15 packages (tasks). 3. The description of needs and requirements is described in the SWZ. 4. The description of the subject of the contract was prepared in accordance with Art. 99 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law Act. However, if the description of the subject of the order or the attached documentation contains references to characterstrademarks, patents or the origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a particular Contractor, as well as by means of standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, it is assumed that such indications are accompanied byare accompanied by the words "or equivalent", even if the word "equivalent" is not marked in the description
PACKAGE AND MEDICAL EQUIPMENT FOR SUCTION AND COLLECTION OF SECRETIONS (Appendix No. 2.1.)
The package includes the following assortment: bag inserts for the SERRES type system, puncture needles and sets, paracentesis and thoracentesis sets, urinary tract drains, suction sets, orthopedic canals, chest drainage sets, secretion bags, wound protectors, gelling powders, Verres needle, laparoscopic evacuators - in accordance with the description and quantities specified in Annex No. 2.1.
