- 1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled: "Supply of social furniture, medical equipment and medical furniture for the needs of the hospital pharmacy of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University in ΕodΕΊ at 251 Pomorska Street"
2. The detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract determinesAnnex No. 2 and Annex A, B to the specification of the terms of the contract (SWZ).
3. The landlord divided the order into individual parts and allows the possibility of submitting partial offers - Packages: No. 1, Package No. 2 described in detail in Annex 2 and Annex A, B
4.Orders must:
- correspond to qualitative and technical standards, resulting from the function and purpose,
- meet the requirements specified by the Employer in the specification of the terms of the contract, in particular the conditions set out in the description of the subject of the contract included in Annex 2 SWZ and inAnnex A, B. Failure to meet at least one of the border conditions specified in the above attachments will reject the offer.
