DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER
The subject of the order is the supply of spare parts for Kia and Hyundai vehicles for the Transport Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in... GDAŃSK.
A specified quantity of spare parts assortment Is an estimated amount, which may change during the execution of the Agreement, in accordance with the actual needs of the Ordering Party, but not more than until the gross contract value for a given
orders. The Contractor will not be entitled to any claims in relation to this
Ordering Party.
Orders will be performed successively and in accordance with the current needs of the Ordering Party, and failure to use the contract amount cannot be the basis for claims by the Contractor.
Spare parts supplied will be:
*) brand new and from the current catalog of the tire manufacturer or contractor,
good quality, properties normally accepted in trade and resulting from them
101 section 3 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to the category vertical agreements and concerted practices in the motor vehicle sector,
*) marked with international approval marks used in European approval
