Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the sentence entitled: "Supply of specialist equipment" for the purposes of the task entitled: "Creation and support of the functioning of the industry skill center in the field of dental technology" - III.
2. The commission is implemented under the contract for taking over the project support from the development plan regarding the implementation of the project as part of the competition entitled The creation and support of the functioning of 120 industry skill centers (BCU), implementing the concept of professional perfection centers (Coves).
3. Due to the extensive description - a detailed description of the subject of the contract, Delivery details, warranty, etc., are included in Annex 2 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract - technical parameters (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ") by two parts of the order. The contractor may submit an offer for any number of part of the order.
4. The order of the contract, divided into two parts Orders include, in particular for Part 1: Delivery of specialist equipment and equipment. The scope of the subject of the contract includes delivery to the headquarters of the Ordering Party of a new, non -external equipment, in particular: 3D printer, 3D printer litter box, laptop, prosthetic microsiller, washer 3D prints, induction foundry, CAD software, laboratory scanners, deep -forming devices, a device for final polymerization of 3D prints and for part 2: delivery of instruments and accessories, LED lamps for composite, introductory lamp for composite.
