Description:
The subject of the proceedings is the purchase and delivery of brand new tanks for the transport and distribution of drinking water as a task carried out under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for the years 2025-2026, namely: 1) 2 tanks with a capacity of 5,000 l type 1-axle body, year of production of the tank and chassis not older than 2024.2) 2 tanks with a capacity of 3000 l, body type 1 axle, year of production of the tank and chassis not older than 2024. Tanks for the transport of drinking water must have a CE declaration of conformity (declaration of the manufacturer or his authorized representative stating that the product complies with the essential requirements in accordance with Article 5(10) of the Act of August 30, 2002 on the conformity assessment system (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 215) and the PZH certificate confirming that the tanker is approved for the transport, storage and distribution of water intended for human consumption in emergency situations. Tankers must meet Polish and European safety requirements and road traffic requirements public in accordance with the provisions of the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law.
