Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the task entitled: "Supply of technical and special gases along with the lease of the IMGW PIB facilities divided into 10 parts." The subject of the contract was divided into 10 parts.3. The order of the contract includes the supply of technical and special gases together with the lease of the cylinder to the ordering facilities indicated in the description of the subject of the contract constituting, respectively for a given part of the order, Annex 1a, 1b, 1c, 1D, 1E, 1F, 1G, 1g, 1h, 1i and 1j to SWZ.4. As part of the "Option Rights", on the terms and within the scope of the orders specified in the documents regarding part 2 of the contract, in particular in the description of the subject of the contract, the offer form, material and price form and the contract template. The use of rights in the field of "option right" will only depend on the needs of the Employer. The contractor is not entitled to a claim for not realizing the order specified under the "right of options". 5.
