Description:
1. The subject of the contract is a factory delivery of new ones, i.e. produced in the year of delivery or year preceding the year of delivery of technical material, consumables and one -off equipment for aircraft in the assortment and quantities specified in the forms the price is Annex 1 to SWZ.
2. The landlord divided the subject of the order into 47 parts, in accordance with the price form constituting Annex 1 to SWZ.
3. The Contractor provides a warranty for a period of 24 months/200 hours of work (depending on what will pass earlier), counting from the date of receipt.
4. The Contractor will provide a total service of not less than 7 years on the delivered tires (tires and inner tubes).
5. Departures should meet the quality requirements specified in the manufacturer's technical documentation for a given product.
6. The Contractor's Quality Management System should meet Requirements contained in PN: EN ISO 9001: 2015
C version 1 for No. 1 / 7, 19 / 20, 24, 27, 33, 36 / 37.
8. The order of the contract will be subject to a quality supervision process conducted by the District Military Representation (RPW) On the terms set out in this SWZ for No. 1 / 7, 19 / 20, 24, 27, 33, 36 / 37.
