Description:
Delivery of technical material remedies to armament equipment carried out under 2 parts:
1. Part 1 - Delivery of technical material for armament H & k;
2. Part 2 - Supply of technical material agents of the Glock.
3. The contracting authority allows the possibility of submitting offerspartial into any number of parts, taking into account the division of the scope of the order into 2 parts indicated above.
4. The contracting authority does not provide for an order under the option
5. As part of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to deliver the ordered goods in the assortment and quantities to the Employer's warehouse.
6.The goods will be picked up in terms of technical condition, quality and completion at the delivery site (in the Employer's warehouse) by authorized representatives of the Employer.
7. The delivered goods must be new, first category.
8. The goods must meet the quality requirements specified in the documentationThe manufacturer of the equipment and in the relevant standards and must have the required approvals and approvals in accordance with applicable regulations.
9. The contractor will grant a 24 -month warranty for the goods.
10. All warranty dates should be calculated from the date of signing the acceptance report by the Ordering Party.
