- 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of technical material (TŚM) to military equipment (SPW).

3. The contracting authority provides for the right of options in the said proceedings.
The order should be processed within 90 days of the conclusion of the contract, however, not later than by 31.10.2025. Depending on which of the terms expires asfirst.
Optional order - the order should be completed by 31.10.2025.
Under this Agreement, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the right option.2 para. 2 in the contract, but no later than 30 days from the date of the contract.
